Clean the shoe with a brush and a cleaner / conditioner.
Firstly apply polish with circular brush in a circular motion. Make sure that polish is applied in an even manner. Leave for 10 minutes to dry once an even coat is applied. Please note, to ease polishing you can insert a shoe tree, your hand or stuff the shoe with a cloth.
Brush with a quick backwards and forward motion so achieve a satin shine all over the shoe.
Use a soft cotton cloth (an old t-shirt will do) and dab on a small amount of polish. Rub the polish into the shoe in a circular motion. If the polish is soft rub gently, if the polish is firm rub with a little more pressure. You want to use as little polish as possible to cover the area.
Rub the polish onto the shoe in about 2-3 cm circles. Repeat this process until polish has been applied to cover both shoes.
Wait 10 minutes and brush each shoe thoroughly. This will not produce a great shine yet, so don’t be disappointed.
Wait another 10 minutes and brush each shoe again thoroughly. This should bring out a deep, rich, glow shine.
HIGH SHINE PASTE
Use a soft cotton cloth (an old t-shirt will do) or several cotton balls as an applicator for the polish. Tap your pinkie finger in some water and transfer to the shoe with a light tap. Rub your applicator in a circular motion, lightly onto the shoe surface. Generally the toe of the shoe is easiest to achieve a high shine. You only want a small amount of polish on the cloth.
Rub the polish onto the shoe in about 2-3 cm circles. It should feel like you are gliding across the shoe. If it feels like you are dragging the polish, add a little more moisture to the shoe.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 onto the toe of the shoe until the satin or hazy finish is gone and is a replaced with a smooth shine.
After each shine, wait a few minutes, then repeat the first three steps as many times you like, until you get the shine and depth you desire.
CLEANER / CONDITIONER
Use a soft cotton cloth (an old t-shirt will do) or your fingers, scoop out a small amount (just enough to cover the ends of a couple of your fingers) of cream from the jar.
Rub the cream into the leather.
Use a clean cotton cloth and lightly rub/buff the leather.
Let dry for at least 30 minutes to an hour, then lightly rub/buff the leather again.
