DEShellvedge shares with us his “Thor Boots” - the Saint Crispins Mod 515 U-Cap Oxford Medallion Boots in Horween Dark Brown Shell Cordovan with a Mid Brown Vintage Shrunken Calf Shaft. He pairs it with Viccel Dress Socks Shadowstripe OTC socks and some mini herringbone windowpane trousers.

He cleaned them with Pure Polish Cleaner Conditioner, then built the smooth shine back up with alternating layers of Brown Paste/Wax and Water Resistant Cream. 

Aussiesolemate shares his three year old brown patina RM Williams Chelsea Boots that he used Pure Polish Products for conditioning and shining.

Beautiful purplish undertones can still be seen from the original finish, catching the light under the brown.

Well...it depends, as the industry isn’t perfectly consistent with name = color. Is it cognac or dark cognac, shell cordovan or calfskin, which tannery, UV faded, museum, burnished, etc.?
